How it works
Get Tested
Based on your symptoms and medical history, your provider will determine whether and which type of sleep apnea test will be appropriate for you.
Get Supplies
We'll ship your prescribed home sleep apnea test to you. Once your sleep study has been reviewed by a board-certified sleep specialist, the appropriate equipment, which may include CPAP equipment or oral appliances, will be delivered to your door.
Get Rested
Your care coach will be available by phone and chat to make sure that everything is on track. We'll work with your provider to adjust treatment for your best night's sleep.
